This Privacy Policy explains how the mobile application Flashlight (Night Flash) (“the App”) processes information on your device. The App is developed and maintained by an individual developer (“the Developer”). By using the App, you agree to the terms described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not install or use the App.

1.1 No personal information collected by the Developer

The Developer does not operate an account system, cloud database, or server that stores personally identifiable information such as names, email addresses, phone numbers, or physical addresses.

1.2 Third-party advertising service (Google AdMob)

The App may display advertisements through Google AdMob. AdMob may collect data such as:

• Advertising ID
• IP address, device model, OS version
• Language/region settings
• Ad interaction data (views, clicks)

1.3 Logs and crash reports

Logs generated on your device (including crash logs) are not automatically sent to the Developer. They are only provided if you voluntarily contact the Developer and share them.

Data processed by the App or third-party services may be used for:

• Serving and improving advertisements
• Analyzing ad performance
• Improving App stability and functionality

The Developer does not sell user data or use it for purposes unrelated to the App.

The App may request the following permissions:

• INTERNET – required to load and display ads and remote content.
• ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE – used to check whether a network connection is available before requesting ads or network resources.
• AD_ID – used by Google AdMob to deliver personalized or non-personalized advertisements, depending on your device settings.
• FLASHLIGHT – legacy permission on some devices to control the device’s flashlight.
• CAMERA – used only to control the camera flashlight (torch mode). The App does not take photos or record videos.
• FOREGROUND_SERVICE – allows the App to run a foreground service so that the light can stay on while the app is in use or the screen is off, depending on your settings.
• FOREGROUND_SERVICE_CAMERA – required on newer Android versions to run a foreground service that controls the camera flashlight.
• POST_NOTIFICATIONS – used to show necessary system notifications (for example, when a foreground service is running).
• WAKE_LOCK – used to keep the device awake in specific situations so that the light does not turn off unexpectedly.
• com.android.vending.BILLING – used to support optional in-app purchases, if available.

The App does not request sensitive permissions that are unrelated to its core lighting functionality, and it does not use the camera permission to capture images or video.

The App is intended for general audiences and is not designed for children under 13. The Developer does not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe your child has submitted such information, please contact the Developer.

Advertisements or external links displayed in the App may direct you to third-party services. These services are not operated by the Developer. Please review their privacy policies.

The Developer does not store personal information on any server. Data handled by third-party providers (such as Google AdMob) follows their retention policies.
